Note: All items must be in brand new condition, the same as when you received it. Please be sure to include all of the original materials that were sent with the frames. All clearance items are final sale. Please continue reading below.

Returns

Eyeglasses & Sunglasses without Prescription Lenses
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your frames, you may return them within 14 days for a refund. Refunds will be issued within 7 business days from receipt of the item and will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If you opted for FREE SHIPPING keep in mind the original shipping costs will be deducted from your order upon return. If you have placed an order of (or orders that total) 2 or more frames there is a 30% restocking fee if 2 or more frames are returned.

Prescription Lenses
We have the exact same return policy as most optical stores and really any store that sells a product that is customized and special ordered for your specific needs, in this case prescription lenses and frames. We guarantee your prescription lenses 100% and we will replace any defective lenses, but they are not eligible for a refund or exchange since they are special ordered and customized for the individual customer. This means that we'll do everything humanly possible to make sure your happy with your prescription lenses, but you cannot receive a refund since they are customized for your prescription.

Exchange Policy

We want to you rest assure that exchanging items that you are not happy with is easy at BuyEyeGlasses. Please contact us at    within 14 days indicating which item you want to replace with and we will happily make all the necessary arrangements. If you paid with a credit card we will bill your card for the difference in price or credit your card if there is a credit. Shipping fees for the new frames will be charged. Please keep in mind all exchanges will be subject to a 10% exchange fee after 14 days. In the event we have to special order an item (such as a prescription lens) for you there are no refunds or exchanges. The items are final sale. If you have placed an order of (or orders that total) 2 or more frames there is a 30% restocking fee if 2 or more frames are exchanged.

Where to Send Your Return or Exchange?

Please contact us at    to let us know about the return and you will be issued a RMA number. The item must be in brand new perfect condition, the same as when you received it. All returned merchandise must be in its original saleable condition when received. Please be sure to include all of the original material that we sent with the merchandise.

Items must be sent via any Insured Carrier with Signature and/Or Delivery Confirmation. We cannot be responsible for items that are lost in the mail on the way back to us.

We can not be held responsible for merchandise damaged by a third party optical store. If your local optometrist damages our eyewear in an attempt to install a prescription we are not responsible under any circumstances.

CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO BE EXCHANGED.

Warranty Information

We guarantee our products 100%, no questions asked. You also receive the manufacturer's warranty covering all manufacturing defects. These defects include frame colors, hinges, structural design and welding points. Not covered are damages caused by twisting, scratching, bending, sitting on, dropping, smashing, stepping on, or gross mishandling of frames.
