Do you price match?

We will match any advertised price or you get a free gift. Just contact us by clicking "give feedback" buttton. Price match has to be discussed before you place the order.

When does the price match not apply?

We are unable to offer the price match under the following circumstances (including, but not limited to):

• Special promotions such as rebates, gift certificates, and "buy one, get one free" are not eligible for the price match.
• We do not honor other retailers' misprinted or falsely advertised prices for the price match.
• Purchases for resale or commercial purposes are not eligible for the price match.
• This offer does not apply to items advertised below our cost.
• Items on websites that are auction sites, unauthorized dealer sites, and/or discount sites.
• Items that are out of stock, open-box, clearance, Outlet Center products, and/or refurbished items.

Product Availability and Backorders

Most of the 40,000 + products advertised on BuyEyeglasses.com are currently in stock and ready to ship within 1 - 5 business days. In rare cases, we may take your order and then discover that a product is not available for shipping (i.e., it's backordered or sold out before the system is updated). In the event that BuyEyeglasses.com is not able to ship out the product you have ordered, we will notify you via e-mail and do our utmost to fulfill the order as soon as possible.

Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your frames, you may return them, within 14 days for a refund. Refunds will be issued within 7 business days from receipt of the item and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If you opted for FREE SHIPPING keep in mind shipping costs will be deducted from your order upon return.

Please contact us at info@buyeyeglasses.com to let us know about the return and you will be issued a RMA #. The item must be in brand new perfect condition, the same as when you received it. All returned merchandise must be in its original saleable condition when received. Please be sure to include all of the original material that we sent with the merchandise.

Items must be sent via any Insured Carrier for shipment with Signature Confirmation. We cannot be responsible for items that are lost in the mail on the way back to us.

Exchange Policy

Sometimes its hard to shop on the internet for items. We want to you rest assure that exchanging items that you are not happy with is easy at BuyEyeGlasses.com. Simply send back the item within 14 days with a short note indicating which item you want to replace with and we will happily make all the necessary arrangements. What are Polarized lenses?

Polarized lenses are used in sunglasses to reduce glare from reflective surfaces such as the surface of water or the hood of a car. They accomplish this through a process called polarization, much like a venetian blind controls sunlight through a window. Sunlight itself is not polarized - light from the sun will either be absorbed or reflected horizontally, diagonally or vertically. The problem this causes lies in the horizontal reflectivity. Sunlight bouncing off a horizontal surface will strike the viewer's eyes at a similar angle. This means the glare from the surface of the water or the road or the car hood will be B. Polarized lenses have a laminated surface containing vertical stripes. These stripes only allow vertically-polarized light to enter the wearer's eyes. Glare is eliminated because the horizontally-polarized lightwaves cannot bypass the polarized filter.

What is UV Protection?

The sun emits ultraviolet radiation which is damaging to the eyes. Lenses with ultraviolet protection prevent that harmful radiation from touching your eyes. Polycarbonate, high index, polarized, and sun-sensitive lenses all automatically contain UV protection. Hard resin lenses need an additional coating to add UV protection. According to United States Federal law, all sunglasses sold in the United States must have UV protection. However, many low-priced sunglasses for sale through street vendors do not comply with this rule. Using tinted lenses without UV protection is extremely damaging to your eyes, because the dark tint causes your pupils to dilate and increases the surface area of your retina that can be damaged by the ultraviolet radiation.

Do you supply a catalog?

No - Because we are continually updating our website, with new products we are not able to supply a printed catalog.

Cancelled Order?

In the event the order is cancelled before we ship the item, a 20% cancellation fee will be applied.. Shipping costs will be refunded completely. The reason behind this process is that once you place an order it goes right to our vendors for shipping and we are not allowed to stop the order.

Cancelled Layaway Order?

In the event the layaway order is cancelled. You will be refunded all payments except for the first. Due to us having to order the item we are unable to refund you fully. Shipping costs will be refunded completely. The reason behind this process is that once you place an order it goes right to our vendors for payment and we own the item.

International Shipping Policy

All items that are sent overseas are shipped with the UPS or USPS. We do all we can to make our international customers happy.

Prescription Orders

All orders for prescription eyeglasses and/or custom lense replacements are considered a special order. Prescription orders do not adhere to the normal 72 hours processing time. Prescription orders may take up to 7 business days to process. We do NOT do refunds or exchanges on Prescription Orders and/or custom lense replacements.

Our Responsibility for 3rd Parties.

We can not be held responsible for merchandise damaged by a third party optical store. If your local optometrist damages our eyewear in an attempt to install a prescription we are not responsible under any circumstances.
